DBT Group Programs — In-Person (Central Coast, NSW) & Online

Our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group programs provide a supportive and structured space to learn practical, evidence-based skills for managing emotions, relationships, and distress.

Grounded in the Marsha Linehan DBT model, our programs focus on four core modules:

  • Mindfulness – increasing awareness and presence

  • Distress Tolerance – managing crisis and reducing impulsivity

  • Emotional Regulation – understanding and balancing emotions

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness – building healthy, assertive relationships

These skills-based groups are ideal for individuals who experience emotional dysregulation, chronic distress, CPTSD, or Cluster B personality features.

We offer both face-to-face groups on the Central Coast and online programs for accessibility and convenience. Each group is facilitated by experienced, trauma-informed clinicians trained in DBT, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for growth and recovery.

Fee: Medicare rebates are available. Private-paying clients can access sessions at standard rates, with sliding scale options also offered.

For more information, email us or complete our contact form, and a team member will reach out to discuss your needs and current group options.

Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) Group Programs — In-Person (Central Coast, NSW) & Online

Our Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO-DBT) group programs are designed for individuals who struggle with overcontrol—those who tend to mask emotions, overthink, or find it difficult to relax, connect, or trust others.

Based on the evidence-based model developed by Dr. Thomas Lynch, RO-DBT teaches skills that promote emotional openness, flexibility, and social connectedness.

Group sessions focus on:

  • Radical Openness – increasing self-awareness and willingness to experience emotions

  • Social Signalling – learning to express warmth and authenticity

  • Mindfulness and Self-Enquiry – enhancing curiosity and self-compassion

  • Receptivity and Flexibility – reducing rigidity and perfectionism

These skills-based groups are ideal for individuals experiencing chronic anxiety, perfectionism, anorexia nervosa, obsessive-compulsive personality traits, or emotional overcontrol.

We offer face-to-face programs on the Central Coast and online groups to provide flexibility and accessibility. Each group is facilitated by trained, trauma-informed RO-DBT clinicians who create a safe, supportive space to explore openness and authentic connection.
