    Individual 1:1 Counselling | Face-to-Face & Online

    Individual Counselling – Trauma-Informed, Client-Centred Support

    We offer private fee, medicare rebates and private insurance- We provide one-on-one counselling rooted in trauma informed practice specialising in Borderline Personality Disorder, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder , Developmental Trauma, Single Incident Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, and Eating Disorders. Our support is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. We focus on trauma treatment that is healing, and builds resilience through evidence-based, respectful care.

    Fee: $190 (AUD) per 60 min session. $102.75 with a Medicare Rebate.

    Medicare Rebates of $87.25 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year are available for Medicare Card Holders with a Mental Health Treatment Plan.

    NDIS-Services are offered to NDIS participants under NDIS line item Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy or Training – Social Worker

    NSW Victim Services Scheme-Face to Face and Online

    Victim Services Counselling

    We provide victim services counselling for those affected by crime, abuse, or violence. Our support focuses on emotional healing, safety, and empowerment. We work alongside the NSW Victims Access Line, which offers practical assistance, information, and referrals to services including counselling, legal support, and financial help. Victims Services covers the full cost of counselling for up to 22 session for each episode of violence.
